In accordance with the Code of Alabama Title 41-4-180, Central Mail Operations is established for the processing of OFFICIAL STATE BUSINESS ONLY mail. Central Mail Operations provides mail collection and delivery of both interagency mail and USPS mail for the Montgomery area Alabama State Government. Sending personal mail through the Central Mail Operations results in the direct unauthorized use and expenditure of State resources.
